• Consultation is for new clients to discuss your goals and see if we’re a good fit. It’s a quick, introductory conversation where I can answer your questions. Please reserve any personal health information (PHI) or sensitive health information for counseling sessions if we schedule an intake appointment. 

• EmberLeaf Counseling only serves clients who are physically located in the state of Maryland at the time of service.

• Text messaging is convenient but not HIPAA-compliant. For your privacy and security, please avoid sharing sensitive health information through these methods. Using them for general inquiries and scheduling appointments is acceptable.
